
Two things make me very happy:
Creative ideas. And creative brains.
Luckily, I get to spend my days surrounded by both.
There’s nothing like being in a room with a bunch of smart humans all trying to crack an idea that’s never been done before. I love the thrill poking an idea from every angle until it finally clicks.
It’s chaotic. It’s magical. It’s my favorite place to be.
I love when that idea lands. When it moves people, shifts behavior, and drives the business.
Maybe all that love explains why over the years, I’ve picked up 47 Cannes Lions, and Golds at One Show , Clio Awards, D&AD, Andy Awards, and Effies. In different categories. With different teams. From different countries. From Brazil to the U.S., Italy to the Philippines.
For brands as global as McDonald’s, and as proudly local as Reclame Aqui—got whom we even brought home a Cannes Grand Prix and a D&AD Yellow Pencil.
But honestly? The trophies are great.
What really sticks with me is the people.
I love lifting them up. Pushing them. Cheering them on.
Watching them go the extra mile—not for me, but because they believe in the idea.
Every morning, I wake up curious about what’s next.
This job? It’s a dream.
And I do my best to treat it like one—every single day.

Previous Roles: Copywriter, Creative Director, Executive Creative Director, Chief Creative Officer at Grey Brazil, leading the agency to achieve record-breaking new business wins and awards.
Current Role: Global Executive Creative Director at Leo Burnett Chicago, leading McDonald’s creative across 20+ markets—from the UK to Japan, from Italy to China, GCC and the Philippines.
Other significant leadership roles: Global Executive Creative Director for SC Johnson at Ogilvy and VML Chicago.
